Access to Fitness Studios

Our Teen Fitness Induction is open to all 14/15 year olds. The induction will educate users on all aspects of safe and effective gym use.
Once completed, gym users can access any of our 8 fitness studios anytime throughout opening hours.

Spaces at each sessions are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Learn to Skate Penguin Classes

Brand NEW Penguin Class beginning Wednesday 4th October 2017 from 10am - 11am

The Penguin Class is a transition class between Snow Babies and Learn to Skate. This class is aimed at children looking for more of a lesson rather than a playgroup on ice.

Since this class is aimed at getting the children ready for Learn to Skate we recommend that only 1 adult supervise on ice.

(All children must wear skates during the lesson)

Junior & Teen Activity Timetable

Family Gymtime Sessions (for children aged 0-5) are running every Wednesday, 9.30am - 11.30am @ Douglas Sports Centre and every Thursday 9.30am - 11.30am
