Train Your Way: Open Gym
Avoid the crowds and train with intention. Our open gym space is designed to support your full HYROX or hybrid training plan.
Equipment Includes:
- SkiErgs, Rowers, Air Bikes
- Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Wall Balls
- Sandbags, Plyo Boxes, TRX, Resistance Bands
- Weighted Sleds & Plates, Ropes, Dedicated Track
- Squat Racks (staffed sessions only)
- Running Tracks (selected sessions only)
Staffed & Unstaffed Open Gym Sessions
Open Gym will operate with a mix of staffed & unstaffed sessions. Squat racks and running tracks will be available during selected sessions only - Check our Live Timetable for details.
For your safety, a brief one-off facility induction is required before accessing unstaffed sessions. This induction does not include safe use of equipment. If you would like an equipment induction please book a 'Staffed Open Gym' and request assistance from a fitness instructor onsite.

Running is half the HYROX equation. With dedicated running programmes and real tracks, we’ll help you get faster, stronger, and more efficient.
HYRUN Beginners
A gentle introduction to running mechanics, intervals, and pacing - ideal for anyone new to structured running.
HYRUN
Weekly coached sessions on our indoor and outdoor tracks to build stamina, improve pace, and prepare for race conditions.
Indoor & Outdoor Tracks
