Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the Active Budget Membership, you must:

✔ Be a resident of Dundee

✔ Be in receipt of Full Council Tax Reduction (100%)

✔ Provide a current Council Tax Statement showing full reduction

Please note:

Council Tax Discounts (e.g., single person discount, student discount, disability discount) do not qualify.
Only means-tested Full Council Tax Reduction is accepted.
You must provide a current year Council Tax statement showing this clearly.
